9 months old

Parker Lee, you are 9 months old today!

Here is what you are up to at 9 months!

- You are about 22 1/2 lbs, and I am betting around 30 inches . . .we haven't measured you in a while but that is my guess.
- You still have 2 teeth but I am pretty sure your top two teeth and possibly some bottom ones are coming in (hopefully sooner than later)
- You like to eat lots of finger foods, and really love lunch meat, grilled cheese, cheese, mashed potatoes, puffs, cereal puffs, yogurt melts, graham crackers, goldfish crackers, crackers in general, pasta, french fries, pizza, breadsticks, toast and pancakes. You eat 1-3 ounces of fruit/veggie in the morning, with 1-2 ounces of yogurt, and cereal. You eat 1-4 ounces of a fruit and veggie, and usually finger foods for lunch. You eat 1-3 ounces of fruit or veggie for dinner with 1-2 ounces of yogurt and often cereal mixed too, and often some finger foods. You are SO good with your suppy cup and LOVE water. You take two boob juice bottles at daycare (4.4-5.5 ounces) and nurse about 3 times still (once before bed, at least once a night, and once in the early moring. You really seem to love nursing still and so does momma (not to mention our grocery bills)
- You wear size 4 diapers, and we use overnight or babydry diapers at night.
- You take 2-3 naps a day still ranging from 35 minutes to 3 hours (usually an hour is average)
- You love to be tickled and snuggled.
- You love to laugh, smile, clap, click your tongue, and dance, dance, dance.
- You love music and reading.
- You still love looking outside, observing everything, and taking walks too.
- You started crawling two days into your 8th month and are ALL over the house. You love to explore, try to get the dog and cat dishes, and chase Sparty and the kitties all around. You are so strong and pull up on everything.
- You are wearing size 12 month clothes overall . . .but we are into some 18 month clothes too. You are just growing so fast!

- You love people watching, really studying faces, waving "Hi" and "Bye". You can say Ma Ma and Da Da, you babble all the time and can say "Hi" "Buh-bye" and "kitty" not always on command yet but it is so cute when you do.

-You love crinkling your nose and growling.

-You can make car noises and love to blow bubbles and razs too.

-You have such a fun personality! You do NOT like being told "No" or having things taken away from you . . but for the most part you get over it pretty quickly. You can throw a tantrum and really aren't a fan of getting buckled into most things.

-You love to clap along to music, with other people, and when people are on TV too.

Parker, we can't believe you are 3 months away from your first birthday! You are growing so fast, and learning so much. It is amazing to see little tiny babies now and think "I hardly remember you ever being so tiny" but I know you were and you have grown into this little man on the move. We have LOVED watching and encouraging every step. You are such a sweet and snuggly little boy. We love you buddy! :)
