7 months

Hudson Thatcher, you are 7 months old.  

You are such a happy boy (98% of the time I think)

Here is what you are up to at 7 months . . . . 

You weigh 20lbs 7oz (as of Tuesday) and are 29 1/2 inches long.  

You wear size 3 shoes, size 3 diapers, and 6-12 month clothing.

You still are a drooling machine, with no teeth to show still

You LOVE your big brother, and I think he can get you laughing more than anyone else.  You LOVE your daddy too, but I'm pretty sure you're still a Momma's boy :)

You are trying so get around but aren't quite crawling, you spin, reach, scoot backward, roll and stretch forward and inch a little.  You LOVE to be upright, and like to cruise around in your walker. You love your johnny jumper too.

You love to give sloppy kisses and are trying to clap.  You are babbling (ba ba ba ba, pa pa pa, mmmmma mmmaa, da da da) and just a talker and singer.  

You love your food.  You eat lots of foods (pears, banana, peaches, mango, cherries, applesauce, melon, strawberries, raspberries, corn, zucchini, carrots, peas, broccoli, squash, sweet potato that I can remember) and you love finger foods (toast, puffs, yogurt melts, pancakes, waffles, bread, graham crackers, pieces of pasta, pieces of fruit, really anything we let you try).  You eat 2-3 meals a day and either nurse or get 2 bottles during the day (4 1/2-5 ounces).

You take 2-3 naps typically still (some short and some long), and like to be in bed between 7 and 8 still (demand it in fact!)  

You love to play in the water, love being outside, and love watching everything around you.  You love books and reading.  You're starting to "dance" and bounce along to music.  Some of your favorite toys are stacking cups, anything that plays music, and anything you can put in your mouth.

You still love your pacifier and blankie, and are a snuggle bug :)

You're growing so fast little man!  We moved you to your bigger carseat today officially, because it is a lot of work to lug you in and out of the infant seat (and the straps don't have much room for your tall self).
