Parker had his "4 month" Well Baby Check-up today. Besides some shots which were no fun :( Parker was a champ and Mr. Chatty. He is now (at 19 weeks 1 day) 17 lbs 2 oz, and 26.25 inches (both 75th percentile) Way to go buddy! :) Now we get to start cereal and foods :) I've been busy making foods for him, but his doctor suggested after he accepts Rice cereal, oatmeal and barley that we try leafy veggies first (broccoli and spinach it is for this little man). So we have a bit more cooking to do, because I've made carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, acorn squash and Noni and Poppi made butternut squash, pears, peas, zucchini and blueberries (for a bit later). Can't wait to share food pictures with you :) I KNOW Parker is ready to try some new tastes!

There are some moments where he is quietly playing and other times he is screaming his head off talking :) They are all precious!

Parker also likes to try new things, like Momma's Camelbak waterbottle, and has figured out that it is a great teether and has figured out how to get water from it too. So, when we were in Texas we visited the Container Store, and Parker got a few fun little things, like this cool water bottle/sippy cup with a straw. So since he is so good with straws, we gave it a try. Besides thinking water is kinda funny tasting and cold . . .he enjoyed drinking it from his cool new cup.

Oh my gosh- he's getting so big! Can't wait to see you guys next month! :)
